@Spacefruit: The only thing I can confirm is, what I'm owning by myself. I have a nearly unworn full original 145.012-67, movement # 260xxx with old style chronosecond and a a nearly unworn full original 145.012-67, movement # 265xxx with new style chronosecond. I have no clue if Omega has used both types parallel or if there was a cut in 1967 after ser 260xxx.
Both watches have the tall Omega logo at crowns and crystals.

Is the right dial glossy while the left dial is matte? I'm curious why some dials are more glossy than others...

Here's another 145.012 with serial 2654xxx. Currently in CS24:

Could be a hint that both chronohands were used in this ref...
My personal opionion is that the hands were replaced, at least relumed.
