I'd need better photos to confidently assess the dial's originality, but I believe that if the hands have lume, the dial should as well - either in the indices or adjacent to them. I don't see any here.

As for the "T" enclosing "Swiss Made," that's not universal, so the fact that it's missing wouldn't give me any concerns.

I wouldn’t expect to see lume on the hands of this watch. The hands are the correct style but I suspect that a previous owner persuaded his watch servicer to paint lume on the hands over the black inlay. Easy enough to get your own watchmaker to clean and refit the hands (which I’ve had to do in the past.

Presumably you’ve noticed that a minute marker seems to have at two minutes past 12.

I’ve a similar watch which I dropped when a spring bar failed, the crystal broke and I lost a couple of painted indices as a result.
