·38: If you buy the right watch, at the right time, for the right price you're not really "spending" your money nor investing it. You're simply parking it in an asset that if worst comes to worst you can always sell in a pinch. Buying a fake is just flushing money down the toilet.
On a side note, the amount of just horrible fake AP's I've seen recently is alarming. Especially when the person tries to floss it and tells you he spent "a tone of money on it" while grossly under-estimating it's real cost. It's sad what people will do to try and appear to be living a certain lifestyle on social media.
