I noticed that my last post was number 999, so I wanted to use my 1,000th post to thank everyone on OF. I've learned a lot since joining this forum. You've also provided some laughs, and no shortage of watches to lust after in WRUW. I have a vintage Soviet Luch that I never would have known existed or that I had to have one were it not for @wagudc 's post in a thread about Star Trek characters and what watch would they wear. The same is true for my trilogy Railmaster. @Tritium posted it in WRUW and after a lot of research and finally asking him what he thought of it, I found one. My collection once had a Breitling Premier Day Date; but I traded that to @blufinz52 for a Tudor Black Bay 58.

So again, thanks for the knowledge, the laughs, and for being horrible enablers.

Peace,

m

Very cool. I think now you have to share some wrists shots of these watches.

That can be arranged; but all of them are in WRUW at some point or another.

Congrats Mark,

Not sure if you got the memo or not, but when you hit 1k, you have to buy everyone who has over 10k a Railmaster. Don鈥檛 shoot the messenger.
Been a pleasure having fun with you. Hope for many years to come.

Thanks for reposting them here. I have given up on keeping up with WRUW. The thread is so big, it feels like a second job.

It鈥檚 like the email chains from my family, I passively read and only jump in when something is really inflammatory.
