“Vintage” Seamaster 300 Question

I came across reproduction parts kit on eBay for “vintage” Seamaster 300. The seller is from the UK and claims the dial hands and crystal are genuine refurbished. I have some novice watchmaker skills and can remove movements and install hands. What other parts would I need beside the movement and stem to drop a 565 in this case? Is $729 US a good price for what the seller is offering?
