Did you say beaver tail😁
Finally I opted for Camille Fournet Black Lizard (quite good price and I'm actually happy with it so far)

Over the last few years... I've become a quick release only guy...
Any particular seller/brand?
Thanks in advance.

I'm a bit of a Bulang snob (https://bulangandsons.com/). I haven't found anyone close to their quality (at a lower price point, at least), and the only reason I even looked at/ordered from other brands was because a) Bulang is a little pricey, and b) the shipping takes a while from EU to the US. That said, they fit like a glove, have a great profile on the wrist, and look fantastic.
I really like them as well! And the shipping is very fast and tracked!

I just placed an order with Delugs (I’ll update with pics soon). They use name brand leathers from quality tanneries and subsidize shipping costs ($4.95 for 4 day shipping from Singapore to the US!) I definitely recommend checking them out. Www.delugs.com

Does anyone have any strap suggestions for my Impex world time? 😀
It would look nice with a black flat rallye strap with off white edges and stitches. But that would have to be a bespoke order.
I know an Italian craftsman who does nice stuff at very reasonable prices if you want, can give his name via pm.

+1 for delugs, I've been pretty happy with them so far.

Might want to try Vintage Style Straps, was thinking something in light beige or light tan might work. Love the sharp case of the Impex!

Here is a pic of one of the Delugs straps. The tiny, built-in quick change springbars aren’t ideal for roughhousing but this Seiko isn’t going to see much more than desk diving.

I would have gone for a suede strap in grey or maybe some strap from Nostime (Nostime ash green distressed calf standard) ?

Anyone know of any places selling 19mm taper to 16mm leather with bronze hardware straps? Tried all that I can think of and not seen any.

Failing that, anyone got any sources for a good quality bronze 16mm buckle?

Thx

Hi I've ordered 2 straps for my last comer (UG Outdoorsman, 33mm). One from GLC (review by Fratello) and one from Instagram (Vintage_style_strap) that I just received and actually I like it :

Unfortunately I forgot to request springbars in 17mm to fix the strap on the watch and I only have 18mm ones that do not fit. I'm good to wait for the end of the lockdown now 😀:facepalm2:😀

Unfortunately I forgot to request "barrettes" to fix the strap on the watch and I only have 18mm ones that do not fit. I'm good to wait for the end of the lockdown now 😀:facepalm2:😀

Congrats, I really like this strap and I recognize the « vintage » look from « Vintage_style_straps ».
GLC also makes nice ones indeed.
I’m sure you can buy springbars on line.

Thanks ! Yes you right I just got confused browsing on internet about the level of quality that is needed and also the length/model (this UG has "holes" going though the lugs)... And I thought that I would wait to be able to go and see my local watchmaker !
