It’s beautiful! But I prefer the original Silver/Grey/Blue dial! 😉

Don't feel the blue sundials quite look right and price is quite steep compared to the new 1969 original.

What are they asking for it? And is it limited?

It is pretended to be for sale only in the manufacture in Le Locle ... but, because it is closed (Covid issues), it is for sale in some countries through zenith websites, until Manufacture is open.

Special box.

Gorgeous watch. As for the origin story and original “all-blue” subdials...

no chance at a discounted price like the 1969 original the way they set up Sales channels, not that I'm looking to buy happy with my 1969 original.

My bad, incorrectly separated the online and boutique part🤦, however if the manufacture opens (could be a week from now or a month) no chance to get it from outside of Europe without airtravel if they shut down online sales, get it while it's hot.::rimshot::

This is a beautiful watch. I love the fonts, text and layout of the dial - 1st class!

It will be available in the Zenith web shop in all countries in which they operate; currently that is EU but should be worldwide prob by end of 2021. This isn't a LE so should be obtainable.
Pricing: Hodinkee says $8,700 which may mean that it's cheaper in the US than elsewhere?

Overall, I quite like it really - I think the blue is a bit more visually cohesive than the original colorway, which I intend no disrespect towards. And it's nice to see the square-end chrono hand back - I like the Original 1969 but the straight chrono is a tiny letdown.

The price is a bit steep compared to the original for sure, but worth keeping an eye on secondary markets for I think.

Found original all-blue dials in Vermot’s cavern ... with Swiss-made instead of Swiss-made T :whipped:
I love them, zenith is my love but please...
The watch is lovely🥰

Love the watch, really cool; the back story seems just about as 'made up' as made up can be.

I agree. I buy the lore about Charles Vermot resurrecting an abandoned treasure but this sounds more like something that was pitched by an advertising agency.

With that said, it is a beautiful albeit expensive watch.

Contrived was the word I was searching for in connection with this 'discovery'... Curious to see one in the metal.

The square-end chrono hand is a classic Zenith feature that is every bit as iconic as the GF ladder bracelet.

Is this a limited edition?

I see the e-shop is only available to those in France, Italy or Switzerland which is a bit rubbish for those of us in the UK!

No,but online is just until the factory reopens (visitors are able to purchase), so question is will they make it available on the US and UK online boutique sites before reopening date?
