Thought about ordering myself. Very rare to find a watch with a teal/turquoise color variation that I actually like. Very toothpaste-y.

 

See, this is why I hate OF! I would not have seen it but for this thread. My version of the great Sonny Boy Williamson song: ‘My eyes keep me in trouble, wants every watch I see’ — his problem was women.

Anyway. Ordered one.

I really was tempted by the previous version, but I like these colors better and the dial apparently isn’t glossy.

 

Had it in my cart earlier but didn’t really feel it. The Gulf colorway is the only one I really like, and even then it’s too extroverted for me

 

I would be willing to go this far for the Gulf, but not for this colorway. I'm sure there will be another variety before long.

 

The Gulf color variation did nothing for me. This one is fantastic though. Apparently not a true black dial either.

 

Pacing Pacing ... it’s amazing. Wife just gave me shit about the Baltic bracelet. How would I explain this.....hmmm.

 

Big question is what to call it...? I've seen a few interesting nicknames on hodinkee's instagram..Sprite and Wintergreen are my favorites so far...

 

I sense your wallet will be a bit lighter by morning. Pacing isnt good for your health anyway

 

Funny enough, I was reading some clever nicknames on there as well. But I think Sprite is green/yellow, and wintergreen is more forest green/white in my mind.

Perhaps mint, coral, or seafoam... but none of those include the cobalt.

 

Whatever bug you caught is so contagious. Just pulled trigger myself.

It'd be interesting to check out, but I'm not willing to purchase it. Looks like the market agrees with me, too - it's still available. The colorway is a little too niche if you ask me - I have no idea how I'd pair it. The comment about Miami Beach was just about spot-on... and nothing about Miami Beach appeals to me
