I'm not sure if handset is original, but all else- case, transparent inner case mov't cover, swan neck mov't and dial all are kosher. Is the dial degradation near 4 visible through crystal ( oh yes, crystal a replacement, sorry)? The price is, however, compelling. Zaf B. (Classicwatch.com) sold one recently for a great deal more, though admittedly one in much better condtion.
These cases generally show a lot of wear and this one no exception. Id be slightly worried about the threads as this is a screwed caseback.
