·Dear fellow OF colleagues - especially defy maniacs
As the Defy gets its well earned public interest, it is getting harder and harder to find honest examples. There have always been really rocked examples (octagonal case "refurbished), original crystals are a big plus but hard to find, crowns and bracelet also often aftermarket.
It's also not easy to find reference - - > one of my favorite spots is @slique12 precious thread on the octagonal defy:

When interested in this Zenith model study it, it's worth it!
But today I want to give a heads up for a model which came to my attention when screening the market: a Burgundy dial crown at 4 octagonal defy - those Burgundy models are well sought after, be careful: it seems that ref 01-1500-380 with cal 2572pc are in the market with refurbed dials (see screenshot). It is mentioning refurbished dial but looks like a Burgundy model when not diligent reviewed. I don't want to paste a sales post here (DM me for details if you like) but wanted to point to be cautious.
