Hi fellow members, Even when this is mainly an Omega forum you can´t pass by a Zenith cal. 135 chronometre - it is a must have in every vintage watch collection... Gold specimens are rare as hen´s teeth and rarely seen for offer below 10K The watch case has full British hallmarks and the stamp ZWCo which stands for Zenith Watch Company Diameter is about 34.3 mm - it is about the size of a common Seamaster It is 9C gold and it shows a nice rose hue - evenly patinated - but I decided to keep it as is. The new owner can polish it himself if he wants a "o shiny" watch, but not me... When I bought the watch it came with this dial: I must confess I am not an expert on Zenith chronometres but I know a little about Omega 30 Rg-chronometres. With Omega chronometres the chronometre wording must sit below the logo, not below the word Omega - I do not know if it is the same with Zenith. So I had been in doubt about the originality of the dial - but maybe I was wrong? Maybe Zenith is different and there are both versions of lettering legit? I searched for some time and found a 100% original dial for replacement which is in very nice condition. It is slightly aged and shows that kind of light patina collectors appreciate - a very nice egg shell colour. But judge by yourself: some reflexions on the crystal, so I add a photo with removed bezel You can chose! Just let me know which of the dial you want - or maybe you want both? Here some additional pics from different angles and the hallmarks movement was not serviced recently (watch is a safe queen) Overall condition is very nice, some small marks on the case as may be expected on a watch this vintage. Comes on a new lizard strap in nice colour which matches perfectly with the style of the watch. I hate to see this leave but it does not get enough wrist time and I must accumulate some cash for a next money heavy project... I am looking for € 5500 net to me. Payment by bank transfer (from people I don´t know and from noobs) - paypal (for friends) is OK from members I know. Shipping at cost - depending on destination and shipping method/insurance, etc. - this must be discussed and specified with the new owner. For further questions send me a PM Thank you OF for the space
well, every now and then I remember that this is still unsold - so bump again... Where are the Zenith lovers?
