Absolutely no problem with this and I’m sure OF will be happy to give you our views but given the earlier input and advice you’ve had, it may be that you can share with OF your views, based on what you’ve already learnt.
It would also be interesting to know what price the seller is seeking.
(And, on a personal note, if you’ve decided not to pursue the 166.003 you asked about, I’d be interested to have the link so that I can have a look at it myself).

·It's not attractive to me at €1000. For example, look at the hands which are in poor condition. On my phone, the dial looks original but, the movement looks dirty. You'd need to add on for a service. To me, the whole watch looks tired and it seems a lot of money for what it is.

So far as this one is concerned, whilst some collectors love a well patinated dial it’s off putting to others. From my perspective this one is too patinated.

·Looks legit at first glance, although the printing is surprisingly clean and dark on such a damaged dial. It seems like a waste of energy to spend time evaluating it given the silly price.

·You seem to be looking a watches that are 'presented' ie. they are on mounts and have been 'prepped for sale'. I think you will always be met with the 'too expensive' response here because that type of stock will always sit at the high end of a market.

·Do you check the Private Sales Forum here regularly? The same ref with a nicer patina (at least in my opinion) was being offered here for weeks, and finally sold for $699... serviced.
