I think they meant to type $1500. Maybe it's just a scam and they'll take whatever they can get, Who knows?


maybe a typo but I don't think so.....there's a few other ads on craigslist that look like total scams, especially this one......

the pics look way too good to be true....and when I asked him all the usual questions. he didn't answer any of them......his only response to both my emails was "it's really clean and works perfect"

this is usually the response I get from everyone. I have a thread about why can't people answer any questions of the watch they have for sale. I pretty much got lamb basted there and told I'm not ready to buy a vintage watch

also, the Globemaster seller wants to meet at the local police station if anyone wants to buy the watch so i don't think that one is a scam

the Constellation.....I'm pretty sure that's a scam. the pics look stolen from the internet of a perfect example of that watch. and the guy can't answer not even one question about the watch

Fake dial and possibly fake case also.

Caveat emptor on Craigslist.

At C$500, the OP watch is a steal even if it needs service.

Grab it before someone else does.
