Your opinion on this 18k Bulova Astronaut

Was this dial variant originally included in the 18k gold version of the Astronaut? I’ve only seen gold dials with applied diamond markers on the 18k versions (the so called ultra dial).

I think you are correct, the it should have the ultra dial (with or without the "Bulova", depending the year.)
