I have developed that thing: When I see orange chrono hand, I immediately get attracted. Have you got any in your collection? If yes, please share.
Lovely example you have there & I can see the attraction , there's something quite appealing about orange on a watch. Don't want it overdone but it does stand out in a crowd & I like it . My only orange chrono handed watch is the MKII racing dial ,& I think it's the business .
This one is very special and I didnt buy finally, but was thinking about it. Combo orange hand and sub-dial rims got. Bucherer from seventies. (Image courtesy - chronotrader, private sale offering)
And this is one ORANGE hand I like very much, I am looking for decent piece some time, Bucherer 817. (This particular piece & photo credits - offered by wannabuyawatch.com)
abrahamovic i have seen the Bucherer version also in another steel case like the 176.xxx Seamaster Chronograph
There's a more conventional slim cased version but either is pretty rare. I've found one other example like mine and 3-4 slim cased versions online.
yes, but the date position is the thing. This one is more clean. But what I really love about the other model is weird date position implemented into seconds sub-dial. Strange position combined with grey dial. Magic.
The last one for today, I promise. I am really sorry I missed this one. But looking on it again, I think I will look around for it again. (photo credit shucktheoyster)
nice Tissot but i like it with the 12 hours counter. This is my Lemania ref. 9803 powered Lemania 1340 from 1972
