Yet another (I suspect) vintage authencity question

    I am still kinda newbie to watch collecting. One thing I have learned is that if hands are lumed indices should be as well. This is my cal 354 Seamaster from 1954. A lovely bumper with a nice heartbeat on the wrist. As is obvious there is no lume on the indices - just a reminiscent on the hands. This I have observed on a few other 50's Omegas. But the Q is: Is this genuine??

    Yes, it's quite genuine.

    There is actually lume at the ends of the daggers.

    It's there. See those fuzzy lumps that look like dots of mold at the end of the indices as pointed out by @X350 XJR ? That's old lume. Might even still glow if you can shine a blacklight on them :)

    Nice looking watch. Greater starter for a collector. You'll be avoiding the newbie tax many of us paid here.

    I like that. Late model 2577 or more likely 2767 maybe (the latter has the snap on back). The market hasn’t really woken up to these yet, but it likely will. Yours has had a case polish but the dial looks alright. A nice wearable piece.
