Just wanted to see how OF purists and casuals thought about this C-Case Constellation combo with a kinda rare 14k "gold-filled" 1175 bracelet.

Found this 1175 No.12 14k "gold-filled" Omega bracelet that came with 19mm #48 endlinks. I thought it might fit my newly acquired C-Case Constellation with 19mm lug width as well. The C-Case Connie is 14k gold capped, so the color matched pretty well without having to go all 14k gold.

However, the endlinks are ever so off of the C-Case lug circumference. It overlaps a little bit on the edges of the endlinks, but it also hangs off so it doesn't overlap when stretched. Do I have another option? Or is this okay to wear?

I really love this bracelet.

If you like it you are good to go. Your opinion is the only one that really matters.

I like it so far. But it's just a tad off. I just wanted more veteran discerning eyes to double-check if it's a really bad faux pas to use mismatched end links on a decent watch. Remember...I was almost going to redial a gold case because I liked the case and didn't know the maker.

I'm no expert. Aesthetically of course it's up to you but if the end links are riding up then you're going to damage your case which is a big faux pas. If you're a handy fellow and you're feeling very brave you could always file them down, I did a couple a few years ago for my C case but they were ebay cheapies. The trick is finding something with the same circumference and a 400g tin can is pretty spot on,
These are 518 end links
I just wrapped some sand paper around the tin and worked sideways very carefully using a finer grade as it got close, remember to tape the end links as you will slip. You may have to do some adjustments to make them sit flush but they don't look too far away.
I did a gold bell-matic with the same method and painted the filed edges with a touch up pen.
Or you could always send it to someone who knows what they're doing. I think they look good together it would be a shame to bugger them up.

Same watch and bracelet but mine is on 78 endlinks which seem to fit watch curvature a little better. I like the look and feel of this one.
