·Hi everyone. Today I have for sale a very special pocket watch. This Elgin was used by US pilots in world war two as a navigational tool. It has a special black 24-hour dial and a center second hand unlike most pocket watches of the era. It uses an Elgin B.W. Raymond movement which is marked 21 jewels but actually has an extra jewel added for the center second hand making a total of 22 jewels. This watch is running great and keeping excellent time. The dial is in very good condition with some light spotting which is difficult to see because of the color of the dial. The base metal case is in good condition with some discoloration. The military inscription on the back is worn but is still visible. I am asking $735 shipped or best offer for this very special and unique watch. Thanks for looking!
