Any help with an old Elgin pocket watch

I know this isn't an Omega but I know some of the more learned members here collect more than Omega's. I got this pocket watch from my late grandfather's estate. I know it's not worth much other than sentimental value. It does work but haven't been able to see how well it keeps time. It feels a little stiff when I wind it and I finally was able to set it after running it for a few days. I'm very sure it needs a service and would like to know if anyone can recommend someone in the US or Texas that I could send to get it serviced. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide. The serial number is 13300058. It says seven jewels .

Don't be surprised at the price you will likely be quoted to have someone service the watch for you. You say it runs. Don’t spend a bundle in hopes that it can be made to run better.

Is this because the watch is <15 jewels?
