    So it's a Revolutionary War Commemorative Omega, complete with the gold musket medallion, eh? The seller must know how we love 'military' watches and gold medallions on case backs.

    The back was customized with a WWII Infantry enlisted collar insignia.

    The watch probably fits more into the "folk/trench art" section rather than under watches. In fact, based on the redial it was probably done as a kindergarden art project.
