This is the blue rubber band strap and deployment for the OMEGA PO 43.5m GMT version, and possibly the same band used for the PO Good Planet Limited Edition GMT. Likely 21mm lugs, but needs to be confirmed.

Will pay cash, or possibly trade my Titanium bracelet. Either option is fine.
