SNE498 Solar Tuna. I think Seiko realised these were a little too good bang for buck, that's why the production run was pretty short!

Slim turtle on a Joseph Bonnie tropic

Love those Joseph Bonnie straps. Best tropic-style strap I've found.

Watch is nice, too😀

New to me!

Anyone got an Uncle Seiko Bell-Matic bracelet? I'm thinking of ordering one and curious to see how they look on the wrist.

Sweet!

Thanks! I'm pretty sure the hands are replacements, and other parts might be too, but it's a fun reference nonetheless.

Canvas or rubber band everything else is a part of the charm and character! Oh wait maybe a cold morning Dive too if you’re into cold water swimming 🌊

I really enjoy seeing this watch every time you post it. It looks great on that bracelet, on a nato, or a rubber strap. I have 6.5" wrists and this is one of the most reasonably sized Seiko divers. I am so tempted to pick one up, but I have about a dozen watches now which is pretty much my limit. I am trying to be really disciplined with a one in, one out policy and don't want to get rid of any of my current watches.

Can you help me out? Is there anything that you don't like about this watch, or is it as great as I think it is? Don't be afraid to be an enabler if you have to.
Apologies for the delay in replying as I've just seen your post , to be honest I can't really fault the watch given its price point & more then happy to enable , it's really comfortable to wear & is probably one of the best daily watches to wear for a slimmer wrist ( mine is 7.25". The dimensions just feel right with a diameter of 41mm thickness of 12.3mm & executes the iconic 6105 8000 design perfectly for me. There were & are lots of moans about the movement ( 6R35) quality timekeeping accuracy etc but I've had no issues & it certainly seems to keep better time the more it's worn & has a 70 hr power reserve . And it's a strap monster looking equally good on a bracelet, Nato , rubber strap or leather . I'm preferring mine on a US Lincoln at the moment .
