Here's a somewhat uncommon one: A mid-90's S-wave:

These are interesting for a couple features they had that typically weren't found on Seiko watches at this price point (around $100, although I think I paid $80 off of Overstock for mine, long after they were discontinued).

It has a signed crown, applied metal logo, and an amazingly comfortable solid link bracelet. The dial color is actually a teal, but I can't get it to show the color correctly when taking the picture.

Dial askew. Is it easy to have this repaired?

I dont want to bring it back to the previous one who repaired it (and caused dial to be askew).

Considering your date window is lined up, I'm guessing the whole movement is shifted? How does that happen with the crown?

good point. so it’s not a simple dial adjustment?

here is picture provided by seller

i only discovered gmt hand not working properly when i got it. so had it fixed.

now while gmt hand working properly, the dial skewed to the right.

Which is really bizzare since the dial is skewed to the left in the seller picture, but not as badly as it now is to the right.

Maybe it's the case back that's skewed, and not the watch?😁

Or maybe the dial is just skewed 11 or 12 degrees. So the date still lines up.

The Captain Willard SPB153, it really does tick a lot of boxes for me & the way to green dial & bezel changes in the light is one of the best ever .

The SPB153 Willard ,
I'm so glad I ordered this watch! It was a blind buy but I was quite nervous how it'll look but these pictures are just so gorgeous the watch is so unique and the colour makes it look like a real turtle! I cant wait till I receive it.
