Why thank you.. it’s one of my favourite vintage watches..(1973) of which I’m very proud to own….and the Dial is beautiful white Gold hour makers and hands… it’s a Sigma Dial… and it came as a full set…

did u know that ...

the dial is designed and made by the same company that made ROLEX dials.
the case is made by the same company that made the case for the original OMEGA Moon watch
it has an IN HOUSE swiss movement [not off the shelf] entirely coated with beryilium copper [just like Omega watches of the same era] to reduce wear and tear on the constantly moving parts.

and, yes it is CHEAP and UGLY ...

Got my pride and joy today

 

Late 1960s or thereabouts. I offered it for sale decades ago, and nobody bit. This one is somewhat unusual in that it is a manual wind, day/date model. Every time I wear it, I have to retrain myself as to how to co-ordinate the day and date. These older ones are not as user friendly as more modern day/dates. But I quite like it.
