Very early Rolex Explorer 6298, caseback marked III '53, 6098 (which was the earlier version with an integral bezel) crossed out and 6298 etched in. 928xxx serial. Recessed crown, numerals and hour markers. Keeps great time.
I'm a big fan of the Eberhard replica series. On the lookout for an original crown for this one. I'm a sucker for enamel dials and silver cases.
