Notice the damage to the dial from that adventure. I don’t recommend it. It’s terrifying what the washer/dryer can do to a watch. Truly. Luckily, they are much easier for me to fix than wristwatches. And complicated wrist types are a no go.
I actually un-purposefully slept with this one on last night, that’s how unobtrusive it feels when wearing. Perfect size for me at 37mm...

1969 JDM Seiko 6139-6000 with notch case. Sourced some original vintage end links and cleaned the pusher tubes last night - a new crystal and gasket and I’ll need to find a new fun project
