I went truly vintage today with a little 126-6 from 1951. An interesting, but not unusual case back. I have no idea who or what Stotsaker is (was). Hopefully, Interpol won't be looking for these fingerprints.
Thanks. That's why I bought it! Gave up a really nice Maurice Lacroix Masterpiece to fund most of it. I think a 1971 Heuer Autavia, a 1947 IWC ss caliber 89, and a 1949 Bulova excellency also went plus a fistful of cash.
Leonard Caldwell doesn't wear this watch any more...........so I wear it in on his behalf. It's a nice Omega bubble back with a pristine black dial. Which makes it really hard to photograph Any tips?
Didn't seem to do a bad job! It's near impossible to get no reflection at all... Light coming in from a small window usually works and maybe some paper held over the top to limit the reflection.. Good luck! .... Oh, and a very nice early bumper?
