Beating the heat with the MMMD Spritz, aka the Negroni Sambucato. I make a Negroni in a pint glass (a jigger each of Botanist gin, Campari, Cocchi vermouth, a few dashes of Scrappy's grapefruit bitters) then fill the glass with elderflower tonic water. Thirst defeated.
