Wrist watch with 38.5L.T1

Hello everyone
Just bought this OMEGA
Pocket watch nested in wristwatch. Round steel case. Pressure bottom.
Black dial (repainted). Index sticks. Small second at 9am.
Omega 38.5LT1 Movement
Diameter: 48mm

Any comments?

The case seems original. But not sure about dial (never seen it before)

Now that you’ve added a photo of the back, yes it is marked Omega but I highly doubt it had those lugs when it came from Omega. Dial is pure fantasy.

If you like it great, but there’s no love for these on a collector’s forum.

Ukraine special maybe. Pre the recent unpleasantness, lots of recased movements like this came out of Kiev. Value in these is in the eye of beholder but my eye says not a lot

Maybe we should support these bearing in mind the struggle Ukraine are suffering.
