Depends on your preference. Do you want to feel like you got a new watch? - get it serviced and it comes back in Omega as new condition
Do you like the history of owning and contributing marks to a rugged yet sophisticated tool that can probably take most any punishment given? - leave it on and add your own.

If those 4 or 5 diagonal scratches in the first picture are deep ones, I would have someone competent enough to do the job right.

You can buff it out pretty easily, as has already been discussed - but why bother? If you wear it regularly and have a desk job, you'll get those exact same scratches in a few weeks. May as well save yourself the trouble... lol

As long as they are surface scratches and not deep ones you are ok.

If you are hard on your watches I would leave it. You've got a sure way of identifying your watch.
