The case back has only the serial no that doesn't even match SN on the movement. Guidance anyone and hope this finds all safe and healthy. Thank you community.

 

On Omegas, case serials and movement serials shouldn't match.

EDIT: 20 seconds on google suggest that it might be a ref. 2318.

2nd edit: seems like 2318s had the reference number stamped in the back, so this is probably not one. A precursor?
