I already own a 1995 bond midsize since I was a kid and love it
Is there any point in getting a 95 full size bond ?
Can get this one for a grand s-l400 (1).jpg s-l400.jpg

I personally wouldn’t buy another one as I’d like to explore different models, but if you are in love with the idea of it, then there’s no price value you can place on it. Also $1,000 is a really good price

Excuse me but how the hell could we answer if there is any point in getting that watch??

I have a “Grey Skull” t-shirt in large that I like. Is there any point in me buying an x-large?

There just might be a point in that one. I know I have been expanding with age. ;)

True. So actually there might be a point in getting it in x-large. Therefore there must also be a point in the OP buying the full-size SMP.

There OP, your question answered :)

Is the full size the exact same watch ? And still considered a bond ?

If you are interested in another, just consider getting the automatic version.

If you think you may prefer the full size I would go for it. At the end of the day, if you don’t want both, pick the one you like wearing more and sell the other. I agree $1k is a good price on the full size.

I knew this would be a great thread as soon as I saw the title. Certainly made me chuckle.

Picture of mid size on your wrist would help. I wore a mid size blue bond SMP quartz for about 10 years; tried the full size and liked it. Had ever since various SMP's in both sized but currently had settled on the full size

I think you can easily wear the full size; if you buy it will find then hard to go back to the smaller size on divers watch. My wrist is. 7 1/8 inch but pretty round; here a medium size SMP and SMPc on my wrist:

and how an 41mm SMPc 50th anniversary looked in comparison:

Currently my SMP of choice is the GMT 2535, which is 41MM:

The mid size isn’t the Bond. The 41mm is...
