I think the hour hand is just painted on the dial

 

The dial is a shade off.... but other than that looks great .......

I was watching this one. It went from 400 to over 2 grand in less than 24 hours!

 

$2400 is not that expensive for case/bezel/caseback/movement...

The service cost by Omega for this watch (based on their website) would be around 1000$ So that would be 3400$ in.

 

I think more, I can´t imagine Omega would provide an additional dial, handset and bezel refurb within the standard service quote.
