At first blush, I thought it was a Christmas wreath.

The owner of this watch has certified me that this was an original dial and that his watch only went to Omega for a service on the movement and that the dial had never been touched. 😁

He also told me that I didn't know anything about the history of that particular watch so he knows better. 🍿
