If I had to guess it looks like the redialers are looking at redials for redialing.

 

All found within about 30 watches...

And my favorite, the modest bloke who actually mentions the dial : ‘The dial has some blemishes and appears to have been refinished as the Omega emblem appears to be set a little low.’

No buddy, the quality and rationing of the drugs whoever did this was on was set a little low...
