Already 8 bids in this one…

Hey, at least they accurately described it as strange. Omega Seamaster.... no. Vintage... depends on how you define the word.

Breathtakingly bad. Quite possibly the worst I’ve ever seen in 40 years of watch collecting.

It’s not a redial. It’s folk art.

Ah yes, the elusive Codstellatiod. Only sold in the domestic Cape Cod market for 1 day in 1872. Great find!

LOL. Reminds me of the knuckleheads who try to fake out the police with hand-drawn vehicle inspection stickers.

A crummy quartz de Ville nobody wants to begin with, but the seller thinks having an image of some idiot dictator on the dial helps matters and makes it more special. The venn diagram of decent leaders and people who put themselves in military uniform on watch dials doesn’t have much overlap…

An eBay horror because you know that there is no way that the purchaser - and hopefully there won't be one - will ever see this watch arrive from the no feedback seller from :Kazakhstan who established his account with eBay two weeks ago. ::facepalm1:: Omega Seamaster 1948 | eBay

Sold for $2,550. Five bidders. I sent the seller a message about 12 hours before the auction ended with several questions to try to estabish that he actually has the watch in his possession. No reply of course.::facepalm1::

I hope they can exercise their money back guarantee…

I haven’t got much eBay experience but I’ve often felt like sellers are bothered when asked to provide more pictures or a proof that they have the watch.

The last auction I bid on (and thankfully didn’t win) the seller messaged me saying the buyer was Chinese and he wouldn’t send there so I could have the watch via private transfer. Obviously a scam. I went to look at the feedback a month after and turns out the buyer has never received the item either.
