Work Anniversary Watch - Any brands that will put my company logo on the dial?

Hi All,
So I work at a design consultancy, and my big anniversary is coming up. I am looking to purchase a commemorative watch, but I would like to get my companies logo (its a simple circular 1 color logo) on the dial - think Rolex Dominos.
Ideally, I would get this done via the actual watch company vs an aftermarket dial customizer. I am open to total cost including watch to be anywhere from $500-$7000. If it's $7000 I would obviously want the watch to be significantly higher quality. I do not want a simple engraving on the caseback.
Does anyone know any brands that are doing this.
Thank you!
Mike

I am unable to specify a particular watch company. But there are factors to be considered before you decide to go this route. No watch company or broker/wholesaler will actually do the printing of the logo on the dial. They contract the services of companies that specialize in doing this sort of thing. These companies will charge you up front for the die that will be used to do the stamping. They, not you, end up owning the die. They may insist on a particular minimum quantity before they will offer the service. So I very much doubt any of these firms would accept an order for printing one dial. Best of luck with it.

I know Omega has made special casebacks for various military groups (think a whole flight squadron), but these are typically done in several dozens at a time. TAG has also made branded dial watches for Universities, but again these are several hundred at a time and sold through local ADs exclusively. I think for a one off like you want, you will have to find an aftermarket customized.

If your range starts @500 USD, then I would go to the smaller microbrands like Helson, Kemmner, Steinhart.

Ahh,... I think I have seen this at Sinn Watches in Frankfurt that they do this. Go with the smaller ones.

Hi @omegamike

I've recently been talking with Mal at CWC about some custom dials for their watches - https://www.cwcwatch.com/collections

He advised that they can pretty much do whatever you want - the typical minimum order is 50 units.

One offs are possible, but you then need to pay the entire cost for design work, and print pad, etc - which was not cheap.

Worth dropping him a line, if one of their watches tickles your fancy.

Maybe try with Undone watches. They make watches with custom dials for affordable price. Good luck anyways.

Omega did a batch of only 100 watches for the Porsche Club of America a few years ago. I think they used an intermediary to get it set up, though.

I would just go for something relatively common but good that has plentiful dials, easy servicing and forgiving policies (Not Rolex) and have a second dial customized by someone independently of the manufacturer, you could even find like a custom LE Speedmaster dial that compliments your company’s logo color and go with that as the base.

I’ve actually got a genuine 105.012 Calibre 321 dial that has a damaged face and am thinking of having it re-dialed with an OF related theme as a one off for me to wear with our logo and some alternate colors.

Not the dial, but having an enamel personalisation on the back of a Reverso looks amazing.

Know a wealthy person walked into Omega Boutique in Dubai and requested the orange PO in red in 2013.
He got his wish and had to buy minimum of 4
Was in the store when it happened 😉
