Hi OF, Spring cleaning continues, For sale is my Wittnauer 24 hour watch from 1940s. Dial: 100% original 24 hour dial, with railroad minute track dial. Radium on arabic numerals. All original blued steel hands. Case: Very sharp unpolished case, numbers behind the lug is clearly visible, flat bezel. Movement: Keeping good time, no service history. The watch measures 33mm excluding crown, 16mm lugs width. Wears nicely as a classic watch with the 40mm from lugs to lugs size. This is such a fun watch with the 24 hour dial, railroad minute track, blued steel hour and minute hands with original radium, blued steel second hand with red arrow at the end which is the rarer version for this watch, though it is correct. The 24 hour dial Wittnauer watches are normally repainted, it is quite hard to find these watches in all original condition like this, even the crown is original according to the original owner.
