    Gentlemen,

I have a quick question re. cal. 625. When winding, I sometimes hear a louder "click". Is that normal? My first reaction is to stop winding, but then I'm left with almost no reserve (12h or so). The watch in question was serviced recently.

    Any thoughts?

    Thank you for your help!

    Best,

    Paulo

Wind it until it can't be wound anymore. You will feel when it is fully wound as it's a manual wind movement.

without being able to hear and feel the click you are referring to its hard to say if it's a problem or not. The only thing that comes to mind is possibly worn winding pinion teeth that might be slipping on the crown wheel teeth...

if you are really concerned, take it back to your watchmaker.

    Cheers, Al

Thanks, Al. I did try to wind it all the way and it worked, but I'll take it back to my watchmaker just in case.

    Best,
