the real pros might add something 😜

it's true the end links are not the exact same size as the between links size...
the ones i have are 18,5mm...but the real length is 19,5mm...

it still works for me but apparently after talking toi many certina fan the 19,5mm is very...very rare to find...but i'm not givong up on it

a good day to you all !

Forgive me if I missed it, but when and where did you find the watch? I know you had two that you were looking at initially. Looks great!

Hey @Anthony Lane ,
The hunt for the bracelet was actually harder than the watch. After talking to dozens of certina fan online (which was a first and great experience), and found a guy willing to sell me a NOS bracelet.

After I received it I compared the two watched online and send pics to these experts I met. almost all of them told me to go with the second one (3900€) as I recall @ConElPueblo also did. I then asked for some more photos and obtained a 700€ discount + free shipping

I'm very happy with my purchase !! One might say I overpaid a little, but it's so hard to finds theses watched in a good conditions like this. And the ones I saw that were sold before was even more expensive or in very bad shape

A word on the bracelet - you should be very aware that the end links for the PH200M is different from the ones used on the regular DS. It takes a trained eye to spot the correct ones...

EDIT: wait, I can't remember if the part of the end links is correct now. Is it the PH500M that has different end links? 😕

I wanted to update this as I by chance had some of my stuff out this weekend and could try out some variants.

It turns out that both PH200M and PH500M needs the "other" end link, which is a smidgen wider. Around .5mm or so. The design of the two are different from the front, so it should be easy to tell which one is for sale, should you consider finding one for your diver.

Below I try to give an impression of the two variants on a (pretty poor) spare PH200M case I have:

The diver end link is on the right...

And on the watch:

The ordinary end link:

Reading through the thread, I was about to advise buying a cheaper Certina to hold you over while in your search (I like that Bristol for sale right now)...but no need! Well done!

Thanks Elpueblo

I know the end link are different, but they also seem very difficult to finds. The "short" ones do work for me even if it's not perfect.
Anyway if you know anyone willing to sell those precious end links you know where to knock ^^

I agree, the difference isn't enough to make me want to dismiss the slimmer end links on PH200Ms at all. I will keep an eye out for them, but end links are very, very rarely put up for sale separately.

One of my two sets came on the bracelet that was on my PH500M, but I honestly have no idea where the other set came from. I don't recall having purchased a PH200M on a bracelet and the only bracelet I have purchased separately came with the ordinary end links.
