I tried and Wilhelm turns up nothing of note. Wilhelm could be the name of a jewelry store. A google search of "Wilhelm Jewelers" turns up results in Ohio and Florida; quotes are required otherwise google gives you William Jewelers.
If you could open it up and take a picture of the movement, there are pros here that likely could recognize it.
"Wilhelm" may possibly be a trademark of the Fabrique d'Horlogerie Ch. Wilhelm & Co. SA of La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.
As @wagudc mentions, "Wilhelm" is not listed as a registered mark according to Mikrolisk, but Ch. Wilhelm & Co. apparently owned a few wordmarks, the best known of which might be Levrette:
Hello, it took a long time but I finally opened Wilhelm 😀 I hope someone can recognize the movement of that watch. Does anyone have any idea of the year this watch was manufactured? Thank you
The watch was not manufactured my a firm named Wilhelm. That could be a retailer’s name, or possibly the name of a watch broker. Everything about it is “off the shelf”. Generic chrome (looks like) case, generic dial, generic name, and possibly an ETA 1015 movement as shown in the image from Ranfft. Ranfft estimates circa 1945, but might be a bit later. It is next to impossible to provide meaningful information on such watches.
