I teach high schoolers ... I can't get through the day without a good poop joke or two 😁
What are the best names as yet unused for watches, available to any microbrand that wants to pick them up?
Rocketmaster? Nope
Aquamaster? Also taken
Blingmaster? Sorry!
Timemaster? Too late!
Icemaster? You've been frozen out!
Thrustmaster? Available!
Ticketmaster? Surprisingly, I couldn't find one.
...we all poop.
It is a unifying factor among all of us earthly creatures...we all poop.
This was a question that came up recently in my local redbar group and I'm curious if anyone has any insight.
Omega is somewhat synonymous with the "master" name for their watches: seamaster, speedmaster, railmaster, flightmaster.
So why did Rolex confusingly name their new watch the Yachtmaster in 1992?
Was it purely coincidental? Was Rolex trying to capitalize on Omega's branding? Was Rolex trying to take the name before Omega did?
I'd love to hear any thoughts or ideas!
