    I saw this offer as well and was wondering about the biddings. But it was clearly descibed as a frankenwatch:


    You bid on a vintage Omega Seamaster diver. It has an aftermarket case (Seamaster 300 style) and an original Omega Seamaster 120 dial for cal 565. The movement is an original Omega 565 one which was tested some hours and worked fine during that time.

    The dial has obviously numerous signs of wear. The case has only very few signs of wear. The crown is of screw down type. It has three positions, one for handwinding, one for setting the time and the third position has no function. Maybe it was meant for quickset, which is not working or I don't know how to handle it.

    However when the watch is working it changes the date at 12 o' clock. The hands are aftermarket.

    Thankfully it didn't go much higher but man is that fugly!!
