Hi, today I tried the WSOTM, and you know what, it's a great piece, fun and it screams "summer" ideal watch !!!!

I might move the middle on it, and think it would be perfect on the blue canvas strap from the new GoodPlanet AT ...

You wouldn't happen to have taken any pics would you? To be honest, I've only seen the WSOTM in renderings and it did nothing for me personally.

i know its personal preferences but the white ceramic case looks plastiky -cheap to me.
Most probably the white side came out as women watch but i can't see it do very well at 44mm.

Of all the recent new variants this must be the most bizarre. If Omega felt there was a market for an all white watch I can just about understand that. But why as a Speedmaster? It looks all wrong to me!

I was told a couple of years ago that they were primerily made for the chinese buyers as they were big into all white watches, it needs a bit of colour though.

That does seem logical, but it shows what a huge gulf there can be in terms of taste related to nationality! I think the same trend has been seen with cars and some big 4x4s look terrible from my viewpoint when finished in gleaming white.

Pure ugliness !!! Don't like it at all. This from a guy who has both a GSOTM and a DSOTM PB.

I think white is bold. I agree it's a matter of taste but I saw few guys with latest white Hublot big bang and they are cool as well. Yes, a bit plastiky but you know what? It's part of its charm. And I have ghe Dsotm and Gstom as well.
Now it's a matter of price. If one day I find a good deal I'll jump on it. But 12K for a fun piece seems high

I think it'll look great on a lighter grey strap!

Wrong on all counts. I saw one in the flesh not so long back and it looked like plastic even though its ceramic.

    Strap feels cheap also.

I agree with the strap ;)
Regarding the shoes, most people wear black shoes and as we used to say in Italy, black shoes are for chauffeur and cemetary....

Not my cup of tea but, I'd also like to see what it looks like with different color straps just for the hell of it.
