    Hey All,

I am considering purchasing an Oris watch to add to my collection.

Wondering if anyone can convince me of a specific one...

Aquis Staghorn coral restoration project edition (new generation, 2017 Aquis)
    or
Aquis Hammerhead shark research project edition
    or
    the *titanium* Aquis Maldives edition
    or
the 46mm black titanium Aquis (with small seconds hand on subdial)

    I want all four.

If you wear watches on your right wrist, the Aquis Red Sea research project edition...

I've always liked the look of Oris and am amused by their current ad, "Real watches for real people".

If you're going for a new one, and I assume you are, if it were my choice I like the size and (what I regard as) the classic look of the Oris Sixty Five. The price seems to me to be reasonable too.

If vintage, I can recommend the black dial Big Crown Date Pointer pilot watch although bear in mind that there are a lot of fake 7543 models out there with the 'unique' serial number 26-58574.

    Here's my genuine one

I checked that one out in a shop recently and really liked it. You’re happy with yours?

Oh, that is nice. Never been a fan of the machined / patterned bezel edge, but that works very well. Easy to read despite being potentially 'busy'. Nice watch.
