Neither of my two Omega's are going to be sold, I like both my Seamaster and Speedmaster and have no plans to let them go.

In all honesty my watch buys are careful purchases with an aim of keeping for the long term and passing on to my kids in due course.

I read the question as "which Omega" meaning singular, so I had to pick one... if it's plural, I wouldn't part with any of my Omega watches.

+1 you read the question exactly the same as I did, my Omega's are going nowhere.

I would say this one here

It's my very first Omega and a very early Version of the De Ville Coax, still with the 2500b movement in it.

My travelling watch and I love it
😀😀

It was 2254.50, until I got my hands on the 2201.50. A day later the decision to sell the 2254.50 was made. Now it is 2201.50.

This one. To me it's the most versatile Seamaster made with true GMT function, 300m water resistance, no HEV and perfect fit.

I absolutely had to have that one... bought it, sent it to Omega for service, sent it back because they messed it up, bought the bracelet... and did not like it on the wrist.

Fortunately my watchmaker liked it and bought it from me.

An expensive lesson. What you like in pictures isn’t always what you will like in person.

Hi SP,

I couldn't agree more on what you've said and I experienced this quite too often - last time with a FM 145.036 which I urgently needed to own ans now sits in the box - unworn 🙄

But for the DV coax it worked for me and still does when I'm travelling in business. Great dresswatch imho

Cheers,

Winny

Got to be my Seamaster 300m that marks an academic milestone and my honeymoon Moonwatch that I picked up in Skinjuku, Tokyo last year.

This one,

Also, this one, mostly because it was a gift from Mrs. C., 30 years ago.

Seeing as this was a Xmas present from my wife there’s no way it’s going anywhere 😁

Actually, I am now planning on sending half of my accumulation to new homes, including three Omegas... a 2627 Seamster "date at six", a US Collection Seamaster calendar in a 2627-style case but date at 3, and a Geneve. What with the Railmaster LE, the WatchCo Seamaster 300, the Seamaster Professional 2254.50... the older, smaller watches just don't interest me much any more.

Definitely keeping the 1917 3/0s NN Omega, though, it's rare has heck!

questo è il mio primo acquisto da tenere al sicuro, lo uso solo una volta all'anno, lo chiamerò il mio 791. la bellezza è soggettiva.
