I posted this in another thread yesterday, but I still think it belongs here :)
I got this at a local flea market a couple of days ago and didnt understand what I bought until a friend of mine pointed it out.

A Mido radiator watch from the 20s/30s.
This was a novelty at the time, but is quite rare to see nowadays.

Chrities had some of these up for auction about 15 years ago, this is the same model as mine:

Heres mine (I have to take some better pictures):

Nearly a match! I think my slightly different dial variation is as rare. Black dial starting to show some age now unfortunately but I love it!

Aerographic Multichron 12, 1969, Valjoux 72. Gallet's Facebook says this is a "very unusual item" sold through Jules Racine in Chicago to a pilot's supply shop. A second version signed only "Gallet" was sold at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway track store.

Rare? Let's say very few of these sold then. A non collectible clearly. My father had this in the mid to late fifties and gave it to me in early 60's. Still works properly & keeps accurate time. Likely the only one in existence on this Forum. lol. I can live with that.

A Seiko Pogue worn by my Stepfather which he gave to me back in the late 70's because he knew how much I loved it. This is the watch that started my love of watches so it holds a special place in my heart. I really don't remember what happened to it which is quite shocking. Now i'm seriously looking to buy one. This thread has just cost me a fortune !

EDIT. Just bought one from the States. I need this, just before Christmas !

Now THAT is cool! Is that hours, minutes, and then seconds from top to bottom? If so, if ever there was a watch that I’d like to see a video of as well as a photo, then that Sir is the watch!!

yes, the upper window is for hour disc(no pointer from the case). the 2nd window is minutes disc, look at the
figure 60 minutes, (with pointer from the case). and the 3rd window is for seconds disc (with pointer pointing
    downward).

Yes, i have a short video with cool seconds disc running. imagine if you see your modern watch date is rotating
    like a minute disc.
but photos are only allowed in the thread.

    thanks for the appreciation.

    Here is another pic.

I've only seen one other, here is the thread:

I was having a lucky break at the time. Also got the below at a bit of a bargain price because of the rubbish auction photo.

    Before:

    After:

    561-800.jpg

Rose gold 561, now unfortunately sold. Still have the Gucci if anyone is interested!

I really like these early jump hours. Here is a Helvetia with a standard case but a jump dial from 1933. Do you know what movement is in yours?

A contemporary entry: the Ming 17.01. Released in 2018, limited to 150 pieces. The rarest watch I've ever owned so far.
