Planning mostly snorkel dives with one shallow beach SCUBA day. Thinking of the Sub and Omega SMPc for snorkel and Creamsicle Planet Ocean for the Scuba. Decisions, decisions…

My Kirium did some days on last years trip. May need to rethink the plan.

Whichever one has most recently been water resistance tested... test should be less than one year ago.

It's never an easy decision with so many excellent options, like you have. Maybe it's old age, but now I find myself making security a significant part of the equation -- meaning the risk due to robbery or theft. One is especially vulnerable while on holiday, with things left in one's hotel room or rental car, or by simply walking in unfamiliar surroundings. On that basis I'd nix the Submariner for sure, and maybe the P.O. because its colouration draws a lot of attention.

All but the Cordura and Sicura are up to date on seals and pressure tests. I wear those on land only now.

I'm not sure I would bring more than one dive watch on a vacation. If you're going to bring a second watch, maybe it should serve a distinctly different purpose, notably a dress watch.

My thoughts exactly. Don’t take 3 watches (which is what it sounded like) so that you have a different watch each time you go in the water. Just take one and keep it on your wrist. I’d probably just take the Seamaster.

You all make great points. And they are in a different direction than I was expecting. Perhaps a better question is why I have or need more than one diver. The answer is my favorite watches to wear are all divers. And I find I need to rotate them depending on mood and other factors. As they all carry different memories, my plan was to have a new unique dive with each
of them.

While I have been diving for about 60 years, one of the next dives could be my last. Perhaps, I just don't want to miss an opportunity for another memory.

I'm also partial to dive watches. Bring whatever the heck you want and enjoy wearing them to the fullest 😀

Ended up with the Sub, Creamsicle, and SMPc. Needed all psychologically. Had a great time rotating them thru different dives and dining. I love this island! Thanks for your inputs. I realize extra watches pose a risk but what else do I have them for? Add they all had pressures tests this month.

What he said. Emphasis on "less than one year ago."

Been there several times and did a couple of dives in my youth - a long time ago - including one down to 85 feet. Had a close encounter with a porpoise (a/k/a spinner dolphin) on that dive. Thrilling. If you haven't been there, get to the Big Island to see Volcanos National Park (go at night for an extra thrill) and to Kauai to see the North Shore in your lifetime. Two places that you don't want to miss and worthy of your bucket list.
