ยทI'm looking at an Omega 422.10.41.50.04.001 - the DeVille Chronoscope with white dial and rose gold-tone hands/indices. I understand 3313A and B movements had some issues which were worked out in the C iteration, but without the watch in hand and without it even having an exhibition case back, I'm not sure how to tell which one it has or if it was upgraded at some point. How do I find this info, based on the ref number and/or serial number?
Reference: 422.10.41.50.04.001
Serial no.: 78478971
On a side note... what does the end of the chronograph seconds hand read? There's some cursive text cut out, but I can't read it.
Greatly appreciate any help.
