    Sorry, maybe my thread title was not transparent enough.

    #16's are vintage end pieces. There is however a modern Omega end piece which costs ~$60 which can be substituted for #6s for use with cal 321 speedmasters; I just cant remember the serial number?

    Ahhhh I believe they are #617's available for $66 at Otto Frei

    Apologies, the part numbers are correct, end piece numbers are 617 (19mm) and I believe 640 for (20mm)

    Are the 617 a good fit for a 7912 or 1035 with no adjustment? Or do you need to widen the slot a bit?

    I've never done it but I'm told they do require fettling.

    I think you are correct. I ordered some and have some micro files and will give it a go. I think the total necessary to enlarge is about 1 mm. Wonder if there are any how to videos?
